Lorraine is the co-owner of Body Solace Studio.
Years ago, Lorraine began experiencing stomach and digestive issues, adult acne, rashes, and increased fatigue. She was frustrated with the lack of results from diets, creams, and pills, and didn’t want to be on harsh medication. This led her to start researching holistic nutrition to help her body heal naturally by eating wholesome foods, and her research and personal results turned into a passion. She is currently studying to become a Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach and is excited to offer her education to the services at Body Solace Studio. Lorraine also has training in aromatherapy, which she uses for creating natural body care products.
Lorraine received her Pilates Mat Instructor certification at Studio in Essence with Christy Sanford and is currently enrolled in a Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching certification through Nutraphoria.
Lorraine brings creativity and enthusiasm to all of her classes. Lorraine will help you rediscover your balance and deep internal muscles; she will guide you to be mindful of what you’re putting into and onto your body to help you feel your best.

Kristina found Yoga, meditation, and Sudarshan Kriya in her late teens; a lasting, transformative and affirming discovery that would weave in and out of her life until grabbing hold during her mid-20s, after completing her 200hr teacher training in Western Canada.
Kristina is a 200hr certified Yoga therapy and Suspension Yoga teacher. Her teaching philosophy is to honor what your mind, body, and spirit need, and she strives to encourage her students to feel supported and empowered by offering a wide range of modifications for every class and every ability.
“People very often have no idea what they’re minds and bodies are capable of, be it sitting in meditation for 10 minutes or pushing your edge and finding new awareness in your strength. I aim to hold a space where students of any ability can explore their boundaries and step off the mat with a deeper understanding of themselves.”
Leah is a 200hr certified yoga instructor, registered with Canadian Yoga Alliance. Additionally, she is a certified chair yoga instructor and has completed workshops in Yoga for kids and teens as well as numerous mindfulness and asana-based workshops at various conferences and retreats across North America.
Leah started her yoga journey at the age of 16 while training for the World Irish Dance Championships. She initially sought it out as a cross training tool to avoid injury at the height of training but quickly fell in love with how the practice helped her cope with stress and anxiety. She has continued to practice with various schools and instructors and is always seeking out new classes, workshops, and retreats as a way to stay current and expand her perspective as a practitioner and teacher. Her goal is to create fluid classes that balance effort with ease.
Off of her mat, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband and son, cooking, running, reading and pursuing outdoor adventures.
